Who is just heidi?

Welcome, I’m “just Heidi” your Trauma Recovery/Empowerment Coach with a passion for guiding individuals through their journey of healing and self-discovery.

My own path to becoming a life coach was born out of living through traumatic experiences. However, instead of letting those experiences define me, I began a profound healing journey. It was a journey blending extensive research, self help practices, and the crucial ingredient of self-love and awareness.

My quest for transformation and healing led me to Sedona Soul Adventures in Sedona, Arizona, where I immersed myself in studies of transformative practices and techniques. There, I developed my expertise and embraced my life’s purpose with a deep sense of conviction.

I believe without a doubt, that every individual possesses the inner strength in embarking on their own journey of transformation. My approach is rooted in authenticity, offering an inviting calming presence, free of judgment, and always forgiving.

I strive each day in embodying complete joy, and in finding the good in even the most challenging of times. It’s this unwavering optimism and genuine love for what I do driving my commitment in helping others discover their own paths to healing and fulfillment.
